Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between the user, whether an individual, legal person, or representative of an establishment, company, institution, or other legal entity (the "User" or "you"), and the Tatabq Platform ("Tatabq", the "Platform", "we", or "us").

If you enter into this Agreement or use the Platform on behalf of a company, institution, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. In that case, references to "you" or "your" include the entity you represent.

Your registration for, continued access to, or use of the Platform constitutes your express acceptance of this Agreement and any future amendments to it.

Tatabq is a digital platform designed to organize and document matching, verification, and review processes and the exchange of confirmations, data, and documents between companies and relevant parties. Its electronic interface enables users to manage requests, upload documents, receive responses, retain records, and document related workflows.

Depending on what is made available from time to time, Platform services may include:

• Sending and receiving matching, verification, or confirmation requests.
• Managing amendment, correction, or review requests.
• Uploading and analyzing relevant documents and data.
• Creating and retaining records, reports, and digital documentation.
• Using verification, authentication, electronic signature, or identity-proofing methods when available.
• Enabling collaboration between companies, authorized entities, reviewers, or authorized representatives according to permissions defined by the Platform.

To access the Tatabq Platform, you must complete the registration process using methods approved within the Platform or another method approved by the administration, including manual activation of certain accounts when necessary.

At its discretion, Tatabq may require the User to provide additional data, documents, or information to verify identity, capacity, authority, affiliation with a company, or the purpose of Platform use. Each company is responsible for updating individual access to its company account through official updates sent to info@tatabq.sa. An authorized person's access may continue if the company does not update its information with the Ministry of Commerce and the Saudi Business Center.

The Platform may accept, reject, or suspend any registration, activation, or use request without being required to state reasons when it considers this necessary for operational, security, regulatory, or legal reasons.

By creating a Platform account or using its services, you agree to receive service-related notices and messages, including operational, regulatory, technical, security, billing, alert, and update messages, as well as marketing, informational, or promotional material where permitted by law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages where this option is available. This does not affect the Platform's right to send essential notices relating to the account, service, or contractual or legal obligations.

Subject to this Agreement, Tatabq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the tools and services available through the Platform solely for lawful and authorized purposes.

If additional terms apply to a specific service, feature, or tool within the Platform, those terms supplement this Agreement and apply to the extent they do not conflict with it. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms prevail over the general provisions with respect to the service in question.

At our sole discretion, we may offer a free subscription or a limited trial period to certain users or for certain services (the "Free Trial").

You may be required to enter payment information when registering for a Free Trial. In that case, no fee will be charged until the trial plan ends unless you cancel before the end of that period, as explained by the Platform during registration.

You acknowledge that a trial plan may not include all features, benefits, or usage limits available with paid accounts.

Tatabq reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

• Modify the terms, duration, or scope of the Free Trial.
• Cancel it for any User found to be in breach of this Agreement.
• Discontinue Free Trials in whole or in part.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have not previously been barred or suspended from using Tatabq services because of a material breach that remained unresolved.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to contract and use the service.
• You do not use the Platform in a manner that constitutes unfair competition or technical, operational, or legal exploitation of Tatabq's ecosystem or services.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or other contractual obligation applicable to you.

Tatabq grants you a limited right to use the Platform only for your lawful purposes and as permitted by this Agreement. In particular, you may not:

• Rent, resell, distribute, assign, or sublicense the service to any third party.
• Modify, disassemble, translate, analyze, or reverse engineer the Platform, or attempt to access its source code, internal design, technical architecture, databases, or operating methods.
• Remove or alter any legal notices, intellectual property notices, marks, or warnings accompanying the Platform or its outputs.
• Allow an unauthorized person to use your account or share your username, password, access methods, or verification methods.
• Use the Platform beyond its authorized purpose or in violation of this Agreement or any usage limits or policies established by the Platform.

Tatabq reserves the right to charge fees for any of its services and to amend those fees from time to time. Users will be notified of new fees or material pricing changes through methods adopted by the Platform.

You must pay all fees and amounts due by the specified deadlines using approved methods, including bank transfer, payment gateways, or another method accepted by the Platform.

You acknowledge that:

• Paid fees are non-refundable unless the Platform expressly states otherwise or a refund is required by law.
• Your continued access to certain services, data, records, or outputs may depend on your account being active and your subscription being valid and paid.
• If payment is overdue, Tatabq may suspend, restrict, or block access to the service, account, data, or certain features.
• The Platform may grant a payment grace period before full suspension when it considers this appropriate, but is not required to do so unless it expressly states otherwise.

The Platform is used to store, display, and manage certain data, documents, records, and digital outputs relating to matching, verification, or review requests. You acknowledge that your ability to access, download, view, or use this material may depend on the status of your account and subscription and your compliance with this Agreement.

You also acknowledge that the Platform may rely on technical service providers, cloud infrastructure, or supporting parties to operate the service, store data, or provide certain technical features.

From time to time, the Platform may include links, services, integrations, or access to third-party websites, services, systems, or portals, including verification, payment, storage, messaging, signature, or other providers.

You acknowledge that these parties are governed by separate terms, conditions, and policies. Tatabq is not responsible for their content, availability, security, accuracy, procedures, or actions, and you alone bear the risks and obligations arising from your dealings with them.

This Agreement takes effect when you accept it or use the Platform and continues for an indefinite term unless terminated in accordance with its provisions.

You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Platform or closing your account through methods adopted by the Platform.

Tatabq may, without liability to you, immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Platform, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of this Agreement.
• You misuse the service.
• Unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity is suspected.
• Regulatory, security, judicial, or operational requirements make this necessary.
• There is another lawful reason that the Platform identifies in its reasonable discretion.

Termination of the account or Agreement does not extinguish rights or obligations that by their nature should survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and outstanding financial obligations.
